17 Ministers engaged with citizens in October on social media

Seventeen Ministers in the Buhari led government, three more than the previous month engaged with citizens in the month of October on social media, according to a new Gates Polls online survey.

However, the average velocity and volume score for the month is down by 39% on average.

The Minister of Communications and Digital Economy, Prof. Ali Isa Pantami maintained top spot in terms of volume, visibility and vector for the month under review. But his aggregate dropped on all indexes. The Ministers’ and there respective ratings can be accessed on this link:

The social media survey of all cabinet Minister’s with a social media handle was conducted by Gates Polls from November 4th-6th, 2021. The margin of sampling error for the survey is +/- 3 percentage points with a 95% level of confidence.
